South Bend Controls also manufactures a variety of Fill and Drain, Fill and Vent, and Service Couplings for charging on-board vessels with pressurized gas or liquid ( up to 8,000 PSIG), then maintaining the pressure levels in a leak-tight condition. This is accomplished using match-tapered metal-to-metal seats, buttress-type acme threads and electron beam welding.
