Our family of Inert Isolation Valves offers a selection of solenoid-operated control valves designed to work with aggressive and corrosive fluids commonly found in many bio-medical instruments. Liquids such as lye, human blood, bleach, formaldehyde, saline solution, citric acid, acetic acid and alcohol are compatible with these valves. Designed to operate for millions of cycles, reliability is the cornerstone of the success of this product line. Our selection of control components and subsystems are intrinsically reliable, of an advanced technology, and priced competitively.

These valves feature a solenoid that is isolated from the medium by a diaphram. Materials in contact with the medium are made of inert materials such as PEEK, polyethermide or polyphenylsulfone for the structural components, and EPDM or fluorosilicone for the elastomers.
Designs include a 2-way normally closed, 2-way normally open and 3-way Line Mount, and 2-way normally closed manifold mount.

For complex systems containing many valves, we offer customized manifolds into which we will insert our valves. This significantly reduces the number of tube connections and potential leak points, consequent downtime and service calls. It also permits quick and simple valve replacement. The manifolded sub-system is delivered ready for installation.
